Here is a potentially helpful dialogue that occurred on youtube.From a viewer of this video:Glad to see you decided to make some new videos…they always bring a much needed clarity to my life situations, more than you can possibly know. The only problem is that even when I have some degree of mental freedom, it’s always short lived and then I fall back to the habit of totally identifying 100% with my mind which leads to a sense of hopelessness. A particular insight will give me some breathing room, but this is eventually replaced by apathy and dissatisfaction.My reply:The obstacle you’re encountering is the domination of thought; thought in its role of “getting it”, “figuring it out”, or having control on your world. Consider this: There is no objective reality that can be known or described by thought. There is only experience. Right now what is your experience? That is the way.
